Hi there,
I looking for a game for more than 2 years now (I've spent at least a hundred hours of research so there's a challenge).

It is a kind of pacman (top down action-arcade) where the player must evaluate in a simple maze (organized in a grid) and collect all the points to move on to the next level. But at the side of the labyrinth are black balls (bombs?) which roll towards the player each time he crosses a corridor (he must avoid them to avoid dying). I was playing it on windows 95 or 98.

For me the game was called "pursuit", the first level had green as the dominant color and I think it's a game developed between 1990 and 2005
the game was too well done and I find it strange not to find a trace on the internet.

No sorry it's not that.. :/
it is rather a dot-eat game where you avoid enemies with a topdown fix view. A mix with pacman and targ

There is an old W95 game called Project Pac-Man or Pac-Man The Return that sounds kind of similar. It was also programmed by a Canadian so the webpage had both an English and French version. The site is long gone but you can see the screenshots here (and can still download the game from the "telecharger" link):
