Childrens game, teddybear collecting easter eggs

Looking for a old game i played when i was a kid.
It was a 2d side scrolling game think i was played it on our win 95 machine, but could have been 98. playing as a bear collecting easter eggs from different villages. You went to the villages in a airplane, think it was a red plane.
If i remember correct the game was voice acted in some parts and the game character was called Teddy.
There was a witch i was scared of that could show up sometimes and tried to steal the eggs.
Also i rember it had quite good pixel grapichs, similar to the style in simon the sorcerrer games.
Been looking for this game for years but not found anything.
