Well, I won't lie, it is a mobile game

Many months ago, I downloaded this interactive (as if was real life, like Duskwood) mobile game and I don't remember anything about it. Heck, I can't even remember the soundtrack.
However, there is on thing at the beginning, smth about an unusual question: "How would you react if you saw a stranger jump off a building?" (Unsure if it's the same question, but the idea stands). Then, it was given 3 options, whether if you react sympathetic or selfless or terrified.
And that's it, I hope I can find an answer and find that game again.
