Lost game - Immigration game???

I used to play this game where a guy on a bike (which follows the cursor of your mouse) runs away from the police. You ride over rocks to jump and you've got to get police cars to run into each other to get bonus points. You're basically just continually escaping police and earning points as you ride until the police catch you and then you start again. Anyone know this game?
