Platformer game with a wizard [Super Cauldron]

hello everyone, recently i have been trying to find a game i used to play in elementary school and i have been unable to find it. i have tried googling things i remember, asking on several other forums etc. etc. hopefully you guys can help me.
you play as a wizard/mage who at first can only throw rocks. the game is a platformer 2D side view game and your basic tools are jumping and throwing said rocks. if i remember correctly, holding the throw button allows to throw them farther but you can also just spam them and they are thrown in an arc.
you start off in a hub world with no enemies and you can go right or left infinitely because it loops. in that world you can access all kinds of levels. i distinctively remember there is a secret level under a bridge in the hub world you can access by pressing down on that bridge. i also remember that one certain level had a burning forest theme.
each level would reward you with a new kind of "shot". im pretty sure there was a fire shot, but im definitely certain one shot was throwing a coin, and after it would land, you would automatically teleport to it. if i am correct, the gist was that some levels needed certain shots to be cleared, and you needed to find out the order (for example, in the burning forest area, you need to jump over a death pit on some trees, but the jump is almost impossible. it is most likely intended that you first get the teleportation coin, and throw it on each tree so you can teleport safely there).
i used to play this on computer in elementary school (if this helps, i live in israel) at around 1999-2004. as for graphics, i would say they were similar to stormlord.
thank you for spending some time reading this and helping me. i will be very grateful if this works out.
