Cant remember the name BUT I know what the disc looked like

I am in a predicament.
I'm in search of this game I used to play when I was little. I don't remember much about the gameplay, but I do remember that there was a carnival/fair/amusement park involved somewhere. I broke the disc when I was 6 or 7 so I couldn't play it anymore
However, I do remember what the disc looked like. It was a mostly blue color with green at the top with the name of the game and a picture on the right side. For reference it looks like the Adventure Workshop Famous Friends CDs. I suspect that they're made or published by the same company. If I had to guess this game came out before 2004 because my mom bought it secondhand.
Sadly, I couldn't find it after hours of searching. If anyone here knows what I'm talking about and can help me that'd be much appreciated.
