I have Hocus Pocus full version on Floppy (legal of course)

And my PC says the disk is not formatted, is there a way to reformat the disk without losing the info on it.

because of some weird thing that NEW computers do.. they cant run old games such as hocus pocus..... for the old game tyrian i downloaded it but i wouldnt work.... becaus the NEW computers are too FAST... so go to www.cpukiller.com and download the cpu killer...... extract it to a folder and put it on ur destop.. use cpu killer and put it down to like 250 thingies......... then try to run ur game

Matt, I know your trying to be a genius and all, but you have to know that some of us in here are IT professionals and play games as a hobby...and I will give you some advice, before someone else does, and that is try not to recommend software to people, as some people tend to make configuration mistakes before doing any backups and they end up stuffing up their computers, which i have to say in the long run they call me out and pay a fortune for me to remove the software and get their original settings back.

I'm looking for HOCUS POCUS and TYRIAN full version. Is there anyone who can help me? Thank you!

New systems with winXP cant read old dos format disks, all it wants to do is format the disk, I just got hold of my old Might & Magic 3 game which has 5 floppys & using Dosbox i mounted the A drive & it installed perfectly n plays great through Dosbox, I thought i would never play these old floppy disk games anymore. So try Dosbox & mount the A drive then install the game, i have a copy of hocus pocus but its on CD.

i want hocus for free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
