retro rpg probably sega game starting with escaping on a space bike while getting chased and shot at [Flashback]

I dont know how forums or these things work im trying to find this game from my childhood i dont remember much about it, i just remember that it starts with a young guy running from people on a space bike while getting chased and shot at, and the game starts with him in a forest with his space bike crashed, he also finds a man who gives him something, i just wanna find the game and play it cause i tried playing it alot but always ended up quiting cause i wasnt able to make this jump and died, i think their might be some other way to cross that i didnt figured out as a kid, any help is appreciated.
