So when i was a kid,i remember playing this first-person shooter game on pc and it was supposed to be a ripoff/fan made version of Counter Strike.all i remember was it was something like Counter Strike:Iron Shield or something but i looked through Counter Strike series and it wasn't there.
The story of campaign was about a group of russian military soldiers go on a mission to gather some information about some gang members activity and the further they go in this operation they meet some elements about zombies and towards the ending of the game.the game ends when you shoot a helicopter with a RPG while the heli is trying to kill you. If there is any game that resembles this,let me know.

I think the game you're talking about might be "Counter Strike: Condition Zero - Deleted Scenes." It's an offshoot of the original CS, and the campaign mode has that kind of storyline with military missions, including some surprise elements like zombies and even taking down a helicopter with an RPG.

By the way, if that's not it, another possibility could be one of those modded versions of CS or a fan-made game. You might want to check out modding communities to see if anyone remembers a similar project.
