Hey, i remember seeing this trailer to a game and it was this team shooter, and the only two details i can remember is that when you get a power up, you started double gunning. it was staged in a city like map. kinda like alien metropolis. i also remember a character that had been the voice the whole time narrating at the end walked onto a platform and turned its head and said something to the extent of "let the games begin." I know its not much to go on, but im dying to find this game. i also remember its like Darwin project. Thanks, and hope you find it.

I've looked Darwin Project and it's a fairly recent game, with a third-person view. You can try looking for your game in the list of Windows third-perrson shooters:

Something like Team Fortress 2 then?
