ps1 racing game

I can't remember if I had the full game, or just a demo disc including this game. I think it was a demo, since I only remember one level.

It was on the ps1. It was a racing game, but what made it stand out to me was that the perspective was different from all the other racing games. The camera was much further away from your vehicle than other racing games. Either that or the vehicle was tiny.

The one level I do remember was really dark, with neon lights everywhere. There were branching/secret paths, and powerups. I think the game was multiplayer, I think I remember playing with my brother, but I am not 100% positive.

Maybe Off-Road ATV or ATV racers?
