PS2 game with a guy who had an electric gun [Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror]

My memory is pretty cloudy but this game looked like it was made around 2000, you had multiple weapons in it guns awps ak47 etc. But one thing i remember very specifically was this electric wire gun, that you could shoot at an enemy and it would wrap around him and kill him in about 5 seconds. I think the objective of this game was to go against some "mafia gang" you played the charachter of a muscular white guy with dark hair. Unfortunately that's all i can remember for now, please let me know if you have any idea about what this game is called.
Edit: Found it everyone, it was called "Syphon Filter Dark Mirror".
