3D game that starts at a beach

i'm looking for a game that i think is DOS, i only have some flashes of memory of this, is a rough 3D game that starts at a beach, with a really tall wall of rocks on the side, waves and seagulls, i remember the sound very well, looks like crash, but it isn't, you can rotate the camera 360, swim and other stuffs

the 3D looks very much like Stranded II, very very simple

Also i remember that i certain point, there are some hexagons platforms that you jump and it falls, so you have to jump quickly through the platforms.

i played it on PC, but i don't remember if it was in a emulator, but almost sure that was in that CD-ROM games
