2000s flower themed skateboard game

Hi! This might be a longshot, but I am trying to find a game that I used to play as a kid. It was a 2d animated game (I think) about a character who used a flower petal kind of like a skateboard on water through city streets. I can't remember the name of it for the life of me, but I'm pretty sure that it was available for a while on the computer game website, FRIV. Thanks for any help!
