Mesh ribbon windows game?

There is a computer game that I used to play on my windows computer where you controlled a mesh ribbon that changed colors with the keyboard arrows. The goal was to match the ribbon's color to the circles or lines on the screen. I remember there being clocks and smiley faces too.
