I played a third person video game around 2005, it was a medieval fantasy game, where you start as a swordsman, but you also play as a mage, and another character, I guess a blade using female, can't remember. Its based on swords play and you have to defeat enemies troughout game, there are even smaller and bigger monsters and boss fights. It is a fantasy based medieval game but very entertaing.
The game itself was really atmospheric and sometimes dark style.

An elvish forest
Swamp area
Snowy territory
Dungeons
I played it on Windows back at the time.
It was 3D, graphics quite good at that time
