DOS Games Discussion

It differed from the usual Pac-mans. Instead of ghosts and pellets, it had different fruits (cherries, grapes) and even ice cream cones to eat. I think you had to eat all the items to finish the game (and you could go back if you missed any). There were some ghouls (moving eyeballs) you had to jump over, if you touched them - game over.
The game had purple background. Unlike most Pac-mans, it was linear. Once you reached edge of the screen, a new screen loaded.
It may have been a DOS game but can't be totally sure.

After some searching, I think i finally found it. It's called Terminal Pacity and it's playable online. Happy times!

Edit: having played a bit, this is definitely the one.
