Like Mario Bros, but enemies are rats! [Bonkheads]

Actaully i try finding this game for my friend. He doesn't remember what year of it, it maybe very old, he played in PC.
Some details:
- All enemies are rats, the final boss is an old rat with his stick, you can see him everytime you "game over".
- The two main characters have a slightly hunched figure.
- Its gameplay similar to Mario Bros 1983.
- The name of the game is names of two main characters.
