Nintendo 64 Violent Game

I played a game as a kid I cant remember the name to now. What I remember about it is it was 4 player, very gory your character could shoot different types of guns and explode, I believe it was sort of a racing game. When you boot the game up at the beginning there's an animation of a heart being wrapped with barbed wire and stabbed. I believe it was also on the cover.
