I've been trying to find an old early 2000's Computer game I used to play when I was very young. It was a construction game with a mole character. I vividly remember a song like, "mole in a hole", It was a side angle view building construction destruction game with a small number of possible buildings you could interact with, and included a wrecking ball to demolish the structures. It also included side games like riveting, and building a sandwich/food from a conveyor belt. Also maybe the mole had a hardhat on. I don't remember what system it was on, or what year it was made.

Howdy hey! Could it have been Fisher Price's "Big Action Construction"? The game had a wrecking ball demolition mini-game, a building game where you dug out the ground, placed foundation, then made the building, a gas filling mini game, a TNT minigame, and the sandwich making game. I also remember a funny song with a kazoo in it. Here's a link to gameplay:

This is a game I played a lot as a kid and I couldn't find the name for a few years now, I just found it tonight.
