Pink dog running a cafe.... game?

This game I used to play all the time years ago now, it was a DS game. Basically you played this little pink dog and you had your own little cafe where you could customise the menu and decorate and stuff. The cafe was in this big mall and you could visit other animal's stores and every year in this game there'd be like a "best store of the year" competition where someone could win.
That's all I got... anyone know it? It was a damn cute game!
