Game from disc about alphabet blocks [A to Zap]

Another game I want to find. It was a kids' game with a big wall with alphabet blocks on it. Came on a disc, old computer game, almost positive it was from the 90's. Clicking on the letters pulled up a minigame.

There was this outside area you went to by clicking the letter "P" for puppy, with a lot of point-and-click elements. You clicked on the tree and something happened. I remember specifically that at one point the puppy would put on a super hero costume and spray water on a godzilla monster's face to make it stop breathing fire, and the monster would apologize and leave. You could also make the puppy eat a bee, which would bounce around his mouth before he spit it out.

Another minigame was a matching game, and in it, monsters would eat cake and yell "YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY"

I found it through hours going down the google rabbit hole. The game is called "A to Zap"
