Soundblaster will not work with Monster Bash+Major Stryker

I have a Sounblaster Audigy and Windows 98 SE. On the Audigy CD was a Driver for DOS which only works under Windows 98. I have big problems with Monster Bash and Major Stryker from Apogee. The music plays fine but I can't hear any Soundblaster effects. I've tested other games like Commander Keen and Soundblaster works well.

have you got the adlib enabled??

Or tried dosbox the emulator?

Nothing seems to work. Soundblaster and Adlib are even detected under Windows
XP but no sound to hear. Perhaps a memory problem ...

Refer to the Non compatability section..

Probably the best bet..

Thats how i got it working..
I made that sheet too
and set the CPU speed in dosbox to 7000

Thanks for the DOSbox hint.

Now Monster Bash and Major Styker working with Sound. Even Roland emulation (Pinball Dreams) is possible.
