Windows 90s Missions related to a milkshake or ice cream factory but also to save the world?

Again, my memory of this is majorly vague. We played it in school in ICT in the mid-late 90s and it was actually our ICT lessons to play this game and learn computer skills through playing this game. It was actually awesome and I've spent the last 20 years of my life trying to find it.
- On a mission to either save the milkshake/ice cream factory or the bigger business that it becomes/possible also to save the world?
- Various missions/puzzles such as separating milkshake (or whatever) flavours whilst producing them in bulk so that they don't miss (reminded me of a Neopets game actually)
- Got sent to another land, but the helicopter crashed or something and another mission to get out
- I'm pretty sure there was a baddy always trying to disrupt our missions or kill us or something
- The puzzles got harder as you worked through the game, and the urgency got more dramatic, like more life and death or you went to prison or something.
- There were consequences for failing missions, I think
- I guess it would have been fairly basic graphics, given the time it was around.
All suggestions very welcome, my memories may not be fully accurate as it was such a long time ago.
