Game i cant remenber the name 2d platform on pc i played around early 2000

You play as a troll can be played with 2 players one been a green troll and the player 2 a blue one.
The game consists in hiting the bricks below the enemies to stun then i remenber having a tnt box in the middle of all the levels that you can use to stun all the enemies at once.
I remember to that the game had bosses one a rat and one phase with dinosaurs, maybe to a under water phase but that i cant remember well.
I had like 9 10 years so around earlys 2000, i hope someone can remember the name.
