Pc game that you play as a frog like creature 2d platform like game has an unique atmosphere

As title suggests, you play as a frog like creature but it looks like a little monkey I think. Can use your tongue to catch things, stick to surfaces. It was 2d however it had good graphics. Definitely not a pre 2000 game.
