FLASH Game, Sci-Fi, alien defense, beautiful growing planet [WRONG PLATFORM]

Hi! I am going crazy trying to find the name of my favorite childhood game.

It is a sci-fi, alien spaceship attack game that comes in waves. In the center of the screen, is a little planet/orb/earth. I believe it starts as brown, with each wave that you successfully shoot down the attacking spaceships, it grows panel by panel (hexagon shape, 6 panels?). It grows grass, then eventually crystal shields, then eventually electric poles that act as defense. It is a very beautiful planet that glows and pulses with color.

I played this probably between 2008 - 2011. And then again several years later. It is an online game, I thought I played it on Armor Games, but i'm not sure. If it helps, I think the title has only one word. Maybe two.
