Racing game I played as kid, 10 years ago

Basically in the intro there was this kid who watched his father racing around some NASCAR track or something. Then the father crashed and died I think, the last I remember is, in the background from your garage is playing the song "All Summer" from Kid Rock. And I think an BMW is staying in the background.
