A game like Desperados/Commandos/Silent Storm

Hello guys,i need your help. First of all, excuse my English, it is not my basic language, i hope you will understand.
I am looking for a PC game for about 2 days. I used to play this game in 2005-2006 maybe. Unfortunately, i can t remember many details about this game. Here is what i remember:
- i think the game was something like commandos/desperados/silent storm style - tactical role , real time, something beetwen
- in one mission( maybe it was first mission) you were a cop(not sure) or something like that and you must infiltrate some DOCKS - i think you must kill some mafiots or smth like that. in the beginning of mission i think you have just some rocks, no gun, but i'm not sure...you arrived at the begining of mission with a car i think. I
I know that is not enough but maybe you can help me.
