2000-2008 Shooter Scifish Stealth FIRST PERSON [Advanced...]

Hello
I need your help to find this games name, i remember one mission i start in some sort of a forest having to infiltrate in some sort of an building/some thing nuclear in which there is lava and a helicopter landing pad somewhere at the top of the builsing.
Another mission that i can recall is that being on a island, foresty/tropical like and i think there might even be some dinosaurs.
The character is in his 40 or 50s strong build and a black beard and talking with some lady via some sort of device, his name I think could be something like Payn or Lane.
