try getting commander keen 5 from this site. It doesnt need a code to get into the game and i think you can play all the levels . Keen 6 is a different matter cant help you there

Nat42, I have the same problem.
However check out Keen5 and u'll c it doesn't need codes. But keen6 does.
Does anyone know where to find these codes or maybe download a manual (PDF or online or other format)....??
Cheers.
in anticipation.

Of course it's legal. They're putting it up for people who have lost the manual.

None of the Commander Keen games use access codes to my knowledge!!
I have the whole seven and have completed the whole seven & I didn't have a manual...or need a manual!!
