Amusing: best 'this program needs windows to run' screen

I've been going through my collection of BBS download files from the late 80s. Many games/apps need Win 3.x to run, so I've seen the standard "This Program requires Microsoft Windows." message or minor variants a number of times.
Then I ran across this one. Not only is it colorful and informative, but it animates into place.
