Old 2D Shooter,save your dog [Ken's Labyrinth]

My mom used to play this when I was way younger and I was thinking of picking it up.
This is what I remember:
1. You have a winged helmet. Or at least I think you do. On the later levels there are some tiles that are similar to mirrors and reflect damage back on you. A picture of what I presumed to be the main character's reflection was on them.
2. The final objective was to save your dog.
3. The first weapon shot red plasma stuff.
4. The first room in the first level had a hidden room on the right that you could access by shooting the wall and had a water fountain that healed you.
5. Bat enemies.
6. Special door that you could only access by putting a lot of coins in it...
