I saw that game around mid-90s, one time only so I wasnt able to keep any other info.
I remember that you could pick teams of anthropomorphic animal characters (dogs, cats, lions etc). Each team comprised of specific animals.
Eg team title was say Yellow Cats, and it had....cats etc.
Sprites were relatively large.
It wasnt anything extraordinary, but it seemed fun
Has anyone played that game?
to clarify, it was European, not American football (rugby)
