Premier of Israel ?

Years ago I played a game where you were the premier of Israel and battled against your neighboring countries of Syria, Libya, Egypt, Jordan and a few others. It may have been called Premier of Israel, but I'm not totally sure and I have searched the web tirelessly but to no avail. Would you happen to have heard or played a game similar to this. Any help would be appreciated.
