Looking for name of Windows 3.1 school game

Hey guys
Can anyone remember a game on school computers pre win95
It was an educational game which required you to click on 1 of 2 decision
after watch a story, which was like:
Do you drink the booze at a party. (if you do you get sick or something)
Do you have sex without a condom? etc
graphics are comic book style.
Anyone remember this? Aussies in particular as was probably a Government thing.
