dosgamesonline.com now has a game creation section

Post by Joris »

Hi everybody!

Dosgamesonline.com, my own dosgames website, now has a game creation section, as the subject of this message allready told you. I reviewed four game creators:

- Adventure Game Studio
- Game Builder Lite
- OHR RPG Creation Engine
- ZZT

Please mail me if you know another good DOSgame creator, so I can review it and upload it. If there is any bad English in it, please PM me or whatever so I can change it.

You can find the link at the front page of my website, www.dosgamesonline.com. I don't give you the full link, because I like to know how much people are visiting it.

Thanks for reading!

edited a few minutes later because i forgot to give you guys a download link

All good game download sites should have a section on game creation.
"You believe me," I said gratefully.
"Of course I do," and he held out his hand. "I believe everything out of the common. The only thing to distrust is the normal."

You should have Megazeux too, if you put ZZT in, or else the MZX-ers will get mad and burn your house down. ;)

Also, If you still need people to do reviews for the games on your site, I would be glad to do some of that for you.

yay... AGS (<b>A</b>dventure <b>G</b>ames <b>S</b>tudio)! I was no good with that engine, but there are A LOT of AMAZING games for it. My faves are still the Larry Vales series ones. (just google search Pitchfork Productions)

Yes, I would be mad. Be swift; I already have several cans of Toueline with me.

Ahhhh.... So you're a MZX-er, eh Thunderdog? Everything is falling into place now. Especially your "Die!" comment after I said ZZT was one of my hobbies.

You could always use the one I took for dosgames.com:

My screenshot looks QUITE similar to the one that was used by the-underdogs:

Yes. ZZT gave birth to Megazeux. By far, ZZT is the worst GCS I have ever seen in my life.

The fact that nothing "works" on it could be from you being in another country, Having a firewall, or using Winblows XP Shit edition...

Not this again.... I've never had any problems with HOTU being too busy. I must settle this once and for all:

Windows XP: Is a bit more stable than 98. Has problems running certain applications (And don't give me any crap about how it's perfect. I HAVE Windows XP on another computer.)

Windows 98: I get blue screen errors all too frequently. It runs almost any application perfectly.

Case closed.
