You didn't look too hard 
The version available on the 3DRealms (aka Apogee) site is the registered version (which would include all three episodes). It's available as a download:

Or on old skool floppy disks:

Thread has run its course ... the links to buy are clearly posted above. Locking thread to prevent abandonware posts since the game is still being sold.
