Asteroids type game [Outer Ridge]

I am looking for an old Asteroids type game from the early to mid 90's. In this game you are inside the ship looking out of a window. You have to blast various sized asteroids with different weapons, find power balls, etc. Small game. Fit on a floppy. I think the name was "Outland", but I'm not sure. I remember the colors having lots of reds and browns.
Has anybody heard of it of maybe have a copy?
