A 3d adventure puzzle game?

Hello I remembered a game I once had on my old windows 95 back in 2005 I think. (Yeah I never bought a xp). It was a 3D adventure game, I don't remember much of it. Just some scattered memories of it.

What I can remember is that you were on some kind of alien planet. It was a desert planet. I remember you started the game outside the gates of a desert city inhabited by Predator like aliens with heavy armor. You went to the guard and talked to him wanting to get into the town.

I remember what was interesting was not only that you could communicate with the people in the city by choosing dialouge. But you could also choose if you what kind of expressions you wanted to have on your face. I remember it was quite entertaining. I think you had a image of your own face when you talked to others so you could charm them or be arrogant etc.

While inside the town I remember you for some reason had to talk to citizens and do quests for them. In order to get to talk to someone. Here it's very cloudy I don't remember much. I think the city itself is very much like the desert town in star wars the same type of buildings. Then the aliens within the town were predator like with tusks...I think.

I think the character you play was either blue or green. Well that is all I remember. I played the game on a windows 95 so I don't think it could have been a windows 98 game.

If anyone knows what kind of game I'm talking of please tell me. Because I want to play it again :)

Could it possibly be Outcast?

It has a HUGE desert city, even though you start in a snow one.

thinking out of the box... waaaay out of the box: Planescape: Torment? Or, Starflight?

Yeah, yeah, I know - I'm redefining long shots.

Actually, I've got a memory of a game demo I saw where you were an alien, walked around an alien city, set your "demeanor" and talked with the alien residents, communicators, news feeds, etc. It was a sci-fi adventure/mystery of some sort, but on the Amiga, I think? An early CDROM game? I'm not sure about a dos version. I'm not coming up with the name, but maybe someone else recognizes it? Another long shot, but not quite as bad as the above, maybe.
