Hey Hey

I have been looking for that game (lightSpeed) for soooooo long myself... i was starting to wonder if i had forgotten the name.. so i might ask just to make sure if im looking for the right one..

i remember the main thing i loved about it was the engine room.. you could put different parts into the slots and make the ship better that way.. there was lots of kewl aliens to trade with and it had missions.. but i cant remember much more then that.. my dad threw it out coz i liked it..

im accually in the process of writing a game similar but using 3d graphics and i'd love to have the old game as a reference..

I have a copy of it, but I can't get it to run. I think I am having memory issues, can you help?

If the memory issues are the EMS and XMS values

Try Vdms trust me that fixes it

I've tried DOSBox, Abandon Loader, even Bochs and I installed VDMSound. The error that I have been getting in Windows, AL and DOSBox is " _MPS_open: _dos_allocmem failed. "

The error that I am getting in Bochs is:
