Factory production simulation game [Free Enterprise]

I remember playing it on Win95. You were entrusted to run a factory's production operation and its machines to clockwork. You could build, arrange and apply its layout to the factory's floor then set what to manufacture and its materials. When the machines were running, you could see motion in the machines and the products flying across the belts. The employees were also going about their work. I really hope someone could identify this for me. Thank you.

I found it once last year, but have lost the place and the game.
