DOS Games Discussion

Im searching a floppy disk game from around 1990-1995. It has a darker medieval setting. It has nice graphics for a DosGame, thats why it should be a known game. One fullscreen picture in a cut-scene shows a dead body with a grub crawling on its face (through nose and animated). I also searched through hundreds of games.

Edit: I remember there is a topdown map in towns with roofs of buildings. Could it be Abandoned Places 2? It can also be Spirit of Adventure or Dungeons of Avalon II.
