There is a greyhounds racing game but i cant thing of the name!
the name could be cyberdogs!!

Cyberdogs is that Top-View shooter.
Theres some horse racing game called Quaterpole or something.

yes. The game is called Quarterpole. There was also another version made by the same guys (or girls maybe) called Quarterpole Plus. Both games are available on the under-dogs site. (i think)
