Details .....?
Dosbox version?
Mount lines?
When you launch dosbox do you get a c:\> prompt?
Also: I have no idea what you have, do you need to install the game?
CD image? If yes, what format?
Is it pre installed and ready to run in dosbox?
Cracked ort not?
Can't you ask where you downloaded the game?
[Edit]
Maybe this can help figure what you downed exactly:
Open the zip archive and post a screenshot of what's in it.
If it's an ISO file DO NOT open the ISO file.

I have the Latest DOSbox version.
I have it mounted to a folder "DOS" and acts as a virtual C:
so yes, it shows a C:\> prompt
I took the OMF zip archive and moved it into the "DOS" folder.
And that is where i am stuck

You can't post a pic that way, you must upload it to a host, you'll get a 'forum link', copy paste that link here.
Img host:

And if I ask for your mount lines it's because it will make things easier to get you on your way.
So, once again: your mount lines?
And: dosbox version?

I'm sorry. I do not seem to understand what you are asking. I can get by on a computer, but it's not my forte.

Can't you tell me what's in the OMF archive???? files? folders? CD image?
That or upload
/Users/cpolaski/Desktop/Screen shot 2010-11-25 at 12.37.53 PM.png
on
http://www.imageshack.us/ and post the link here, we can't see a pic on your desktop friend.
Mount lines, mine are:
mount c e:\games
Yours are?
Once again, I ask this because it's obvious you know shit about those matters, and thus will need EXACT instructions, not some general ones.
I can only give you EXACT instructions if you answer my questions.
[Edit]
Maybe an example?
I took a pic from what's in Pibb's archive and uploaded that pic on imageshack, copied the ' Forum Thumbnail' link and pasted it in here:
<- click on pic
Now, simply do the same with your game archive, so I can see what's in it.

Extract everything that's in the archive to
/Users/cpolaski/dos/temp/
Launch dosbox and input:
cd temp
install
Accept everything, target C: , directory OMF,
Yes, target dir in dosbox is C:\OMF\ because that's the root of dosbox, dosbox will see /Users/cpolaski/dos/ as C:
Installer should leave you in c:\omf\
To launch the game input omf, first run you'll get sound setup, choose SB16 stereo, accept autoconfig.
Next time you want to run OMF2097:
Launch dosbox and input:
mount c /Users/cpolaski/dos/ (optional, if that is in [autoexec] it's not needed)
cd omf
omf
This should do it, I suppose looking at the archive that it's a OMF2097 CD rip.

What is temp?

by dosraider
a folder.
You have /Users/cpolaski/dos/ as virtual C: for dosbox.
You must extract everything in /Users/cpolaski/dos/temp/ so that dosbox sees all those files in c:\temp\
From there dosbox can install the game in c:\omf\
c:\omf\ is the path in dosbox, your mac will show it as
/Users/cpolaski/dos/omf/

Don't you know how to unzip files?
Maybe you should ask help on the spot from someone with a bit more experience on a Mac than you.
Or ask someone on a PC to unzip the stuff on an USB key or so ......

No.

If your Mac can't do it, yes, indeed.
Or ask someone on a PC or Mac to do it for you and put that 'temp' folder on an USB key. Then simply copy that temp folder on your Mac.
