You are a chipmunk/squirrel, first level is on a pirate ship. Publisher is sheriff games, company went out of buisness.

Maybe it's the Skunny game seen in this video? Unlike the other games, it wasn't made by Copysoft as far as I know, and Skunny is, ahem, nude:
