Eliza has nothing to say in WinXP?

I just downloaded the recently added "therapist" program Eliza, since I've heard of such programs before and generally find session transcripts to be a laugh riot. However, when I try to run it, the program cannot seem to find the RESPONSE.DAT file that's sitting right there in the same directory with the executable (C:\Documents and Settings\default\Desktop\eliza\ if it's important.) The result is that everything I 'say' is met with the same reply:
Does this need to be in a particular location, like C:\eliza\, to work, or is this an XP incompatibility problem or something? Anyone else experiencing this problem?[insert random inane comment here.]
Sorry, I seem to have mis-placed the response files.
