Can't run Daggerfall with sound

As the subject explains I am able to start Daggerfall and play it, but it seems as though I can't get functioning audio. Does anyone have a remedy for this issue?

BTW, from personal experience: If you follow the official install guide literally -(also on that linked site)- the game runs flawless in dosbox 0.74, if you have problems it's because you screwed up ....just saying.
