Old dos game with green char [GuimO]

please help me to find this game i remember that there was green char and your HP icon was EYES when your dead the turn to be red and you also start in stage that looks like an mountain with a lot of waterfalls the char also have strange hair it looks like actopus hands and its moving from up to down
