Tutorial gone.
It seems that DOSBOX 0.73 runs the game installer fine now and the game itself may be fine with DOS4GW now too. So just install the game as you would any other DOS game.
I you'd still like to try DOS32A instead:
STTNG.OVL with DOS32A bound to it
